Low Season

The price is per night for the full house, for 4 people. 
Minimum of 3 nights apply. 
Extra person : 35 euros per night
Applies from 15th of September till 15th of April (excluding school and public holidays)

Spring Season

The price is per night for the full house, for 4 people. 
Minimum of 3 nights apply. 
Extra person : 35 euros per night
Applies from 15th of April until 15th of June

High season

The price is per night for the full house, for 4 people.

  • Rates are subject to :

    • An additional occupancy tax "Taxe de sejour" 5% (+ 10% taxe additionnelle) per person per night will be levied on behalf of the Town.

    • An additional cleaning fee of 95/150 euros per week of stay (depending on the number of people)

  • Payment terms: 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 14 days before arrival. 

  • Cancellation policy : Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

  • Security Deposit: a Caution will be requested ranging from 500 to 1000 euros depending on the length of stay and number of people booked.

  • Check-in window: After 4:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 1:00 PM

  • Discounts may apply for stays from 7 days and longer. 

  • Confirmation of any stay subject to official ID verification
